
Business Development Consultant: US Staffing

Job Summary
As a Business Development Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our business by developing new client relationships and growing our Staffing Solutions across the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to secure new business within the staffing industry.
- Engage early in the sales process to understand client requirements and craft customized staffing solutions.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within the IT sector.
- Stay informed about the latest IT trends and technological innovations to refine your sales pitches.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting potential clients to closing deals.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in business development, sales, and pre-sales within the staffing or IT services sectors.
- In-depth understanding of IT roles, current market trends, and staffing requirements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
Preference is candidates with hunting/ business development/ lead generation experience with US Staffing company. Our preference is someone who has acquired Direct Clients/ MSPs for the US Staffing organization.
Shift timings - EST (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)
Location - Noida, sector 63
Mode of Interview- F2F only.
