Job Summary

As a Business Development Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our business by developing new client relationships and growing our Staffing Solutions across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to secure new business within the staffing industry.
  • Engage early in the sales process to understand client requirements and craft customized staffing solutions.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within the IT sector.
  • Stay informed about the latest IT trends and technological innovations to refine your sales pitches.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting potential clients to closing deals.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in business development, sales, and pre-sales within the staffing or IT services sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of IT roles, current market trends, and staffing requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.

Preference is candidates with hunting/ business development/ lead generation experience with US Staffing company. Our preference is someone who has acquired Direct Clients/ MSPs for the US Staffing organization.

Shift timings - EST (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)

Location - Noida, sector 63

Mode of Interview- F2F only.
