NOTE: This is a BDM role not a Recruiting role. Recruiters need not apply. Salary is Rs 10-12 lacs per annum + incentive on margin earned. Need a hands-on BDM who has established clients and someone who is comfortable with monthly targets and can close deals. This is a individual contributor not a VP or Director role where someone is just delegating. Background and reference checks will be performed.

Roles & Responsibilities (BDM- US IT Staffing)

  • Ryantech is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) with 10-12 yrs of solid experience placing IT Consultants on projects in the US.
  • Excellent conversational skills in English and written skills - this is a must. Must be able to converse fluently with American vendors/clients.
  • Candidate must already have established relationships with decision makers at Tier 1 vendors and direct clients that they can bring to the table. Candidate will need to provide a list of vendors/clients they know at the interview.
  • Strong experience in achieving monthly targets to close positions and place candidates on US projects.
  • Need a go-getter who does not take 3-6 months but someone who can meet monthly targets.
  • Solid experience filtering out profiles that do not qualify for the positions, especially fake profiles.
  • Solid experience getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
  • Strong experience sourcing candidates for positions and supplying to tier 1 vendors. Should have end- to-end knowledge from getting positions from vendors and sourcing candidates for those positions.
  • Very strong experience developing new client accounts (Implementation partners/Tier 1 partners) for IT staffing business in USA.
  • Extremely proficient in Interacting with clients on a daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.
  • Strong experience in developing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Adept at building and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Strong experience of being able to generate business from Tier 1 vendors and be able to place candidates on a C2C or C2H basis.
  • Should be familiar with US Tax terms like W2, C2C, C2H, 1099 etc.
  • Experience completing the recruitment cycle from sourcing to placing.
  • Experience collaborating with the recruiting team to understand client needs and provide customized staffing solutions.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Understand client needs and requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of staffing solutions to clients.
  • Solid experience in maintaining a great working relationship with recruiters.

Preferred candidate profile (BDM - US IT Staffing)

  • Candidate is expected to have an existing relationship with Tier 1 vendors in US IT Staffing.
  • Candidate is expected to source resumes and supply to Tier 1 vendors in the US.
  • Excellent communication (spoken English) and written skills.
  • 7-8 years of experience in IT staffing sales in the US IT Staffing market.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing relationships with Tier 1 Clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should be comfortable working in a smaller company with a small team.
  • Should be able to maintain a great working relationship with recruiters.
