Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth through networking and prospecting.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Networking skills
- Experience in relationship building and client management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the staffing or consulting industry is mandatory.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience as Business Development in Staffing Industry.
- Good Holding with Direct Clients
- Ability to On Board Clients Every Month
- Need only who's having clients in pipeline already.
- BYOC (Bring Your Own Clients)
