We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager - Enterprise to join our dynamic team at Nexapp Technologies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in enterprise networking solutions.

Responsibilities:-

Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to expand our presence in the enterprise market.- Identify and prioritize target enterprise accounts aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within enterprise organizations.

  • Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our SD-WAN, ZTNA, Enterprise Wi-Fi, andcybersecurity solutions.

  • Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop tailored sales collateral, proposals, and pitch materials.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape through continuous market research.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives within the enterprise segment.- Provide leadership and guidance to a high

-performing sales team to maximize their potential and productivity.- Work collaboratively with cross

-functional teams including product management and customer success to ensurecustomer satisfaction and retention.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management review solutions.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts including SD-WAN, ZTNA, Enterprise Wi-Fi, andcybersecurity.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth within the enterprise segment.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients at all levels.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.- Self-motivated and results

-driven, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
