Business Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager - Enterprise to join our dynamic team at Nexapp Technologies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in enterprise networking solutions.
Responsibilities:-
Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to expand our presence in the enterprise market.- Identify and prioritize target enterprise accounts aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within enterprise organizations.
Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our SD-WAN, ZTNA, Enterprise Wi-Fi, andcybersecurity solutions.
Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop tailored sales collateral, proposals, and pitch materials.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape through continuous market research.
Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives within the enterprise segment.- Provide leadership and guidance to a high
-performing sales team to maximize their potential and productivity.- Work collaboratively with cross
-functional teams including product management and customer success to ensurecustomer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management review solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts including SD-WAN, ZTNA, Enterprise Wi-Fi, andcybersecurity.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth within the enterprise segment.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.- Self-motivated and results
-driven, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
