Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities across industries.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
Product Promotion & Demonstration
- Present and demonstrate the CRM system to prospects via meetings, calls, or online demos.
- Clearly communicate product value, features, and ROI to potential customers.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using the CRM system.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client onboarding and support coordination.
- Gather client feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings.
- Suggest improvements to the sales process, product features, and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, software, or CRM solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is a plus.
