Role and Responsibilities

The Sales Executive or Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, effective time management, and a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities.
  • Participate in team marketing events and contribute innovative ideas for promotional events.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales plans.
  • Create and deliver client presentations and proposals.
  • Track and report on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Candidate Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM software a plus
