Job Title: Business Development Associate (Fresher)

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) (Night Shift 7.30 PM TO 4.30 AM)

About the Role: We are hiring Freshers who are passionate about starting their career in Business Development within the IT services and staffing/recruitment industry. As a Business Development Associate, you will work with the sales team to generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to our business growth in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients in the US IT market through online research and databases
  • Reach out to clients via emails and calls to introduce company services
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with clients for requirements
  • Maintain client records, leads, and reports in Excel
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to understand delivery capabilities
  • Assist in preparing business proposals and introductory decks
  • Stay updated on IT services, staffing trends, and client needs
  • Work as per US time zone (night shift in India)

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, night shift environment
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
  • No cab facility candidates must arrange their own transport
  • Freshers or candidates with 01 year experience can apply
