TEKS Academy, one of the fastest-growing EdTech & Training organizations, is looking for passionate and ambitious Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our team across our Hyderabad branches (Ameerpet, Kukatpally, Secunderabad, Dilsukhnagar, Hitech City, Mehdipatnam).
Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Location: Hyderabad (Multiple branches)
Department: Sales & Admissions
What you'll do:
Interact with prospective students and parents to understand career aspirations.
Counsel them about TEKS Academy's training programs & career pathways.
Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets through effective follow-ups and conversions.
Build strong relationships with walk-ins, leads, and referrals.
Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
We're looking for:
Freshers / Experienced candidates with strong communication & persuasion skills.
Passionate about sales, career counseling, and education.
Target-oriented & self-motivated individuals.
Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
