Our creative team works passionately to deliver exceptional visual stories for weddings, events, and commercial projects. We are now seeking a driven Business Development Associate to expand our client base and help take our brand to the next level.
Job Overview:
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth for the studio. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of marketing strategies, customer engagement, and the photography/videography industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients, partners, and event planners.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, networking, and collaborations.
- Understand client requirements and create customized service proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate with the creative and operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage social media and online marketing initiatives to promote studio services.
- Attend exhibitions, events, and wedding expos to represent the brand.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports and insights on market trends and competitor activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or client relationship management (experience in the media, events, or photography industry is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of:
- Sales and negotiation techniques
- Digital marketing & social media promotion
- Customer service and client engagement
- Brand building and lead generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced creative environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
