Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in our domestic IT staffing and services division. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and generating revenue through staffing and IT service solutions tailored to the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new clients for domestic IT staffing and managed services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (IT Heads, HR, Procurement) across various industry verticals.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal recruitment/delivery teams to fulfill open positions.
• Pitch Diverse Lynx's capabilities in IT contract staffing, permanent hiring, and project-based services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, events, and referrals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in business development or account management in domestic IT staffing or IT services.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing mid-to-large enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the Indian IT hiring market, technology trends, and recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in B2B IT services or domestic contract staffing.
• Existing client relationships or network within IT/ITES, BFSI, Telecom, or Manufacturing sectors.
