Business Development Executive and Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with a focus on Real Estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the real estate market, an ability to build strong relationships, and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through identifying new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert potential leads for residential real estate projects (flats, apartments, and villas).
- Handle the entire sales process inquiry handling, site visits, negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and real estate developers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide clients with guidance and assistance in purchasing property.
- Keep updated on the latest market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities, property exhibitions, and campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2 -5 years as BDE / BDM. Experience in Residential real estate sales (flats, apartments, or villas)is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and current trends.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Salary & Incentives:
Salary 30k to 35k Incentives - 60k to 80k
