Position: Business Development Manager (Solar Pojects)

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years knowledge of Sales

Qualification: Degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering, MBA, Post Graduate

Job Brief:

Good experience in business development, Client acquisition and handling, Sound technical knowledge required in solar projects executions, Experience in designing and execution of projects will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the solar energy industry including solar panel manufacturers, installers, distributors, and governmental agencies.

· Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence and increase sales of solar energy products.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and finance to achieve business objectives and targets.

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the solar energy market.

· Lead the negotiation and closing of business agreements, contracts, and partnerships to drive revenue growth and market share.

· Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and innovation initiatives.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and thought leadership in the solar energy sector.

· Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities against KPIs and targets, and implement corrective actions as needed.

· Stay abreast of regulatory changes, policy developments, and incentives related to solar energy to capitalize on market opportunities and mitigate risks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
