
Solar Sales Executive

Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and driven Solar Sales Executive who will play a key role in driving solar adoption, generating new leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships with customers. The role also involves local marketing efforts to create awareness about solar energy and grow Galaxsunsolar's brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities Actively generate leads through field visits, partnerships, referrals, and local campaigns. Convert leads into confirmed customers by assessing needs and providing customized solar solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining an updated pipeline. Support local marketing activities including awareness sessions and branding events. Build long-term trust and manage end-to-end sales including payment coordination.
Compensation & Structure During Probation (First 2 Months): - Stipend: ■20,000 per month (fixed). - Target: Minimum of 3 successful solar project closures by the end of the second month. - Bonus: Paid upon achieving the target, pro-rated for partial achievement.
Post-Probation (Permanent Role): - Total CTC: ■30,000 per month. - 70% Fixed Salary: ■20,000 per month. - 30% Performance-Based: ■10,000 per month (on meeting monthly target)
Extra commission for commercial project closures and overachievement bonuses.
- Eligibility Criteria Education Minimum PUC (12th pass). Diploma/Degree holders welcome. Experience 0–3 years sales experience. Solar/renewable energy preferred but not mandatory.
- Languages Fluent in Kannada and basic English. Hindi or regional languages are a plus.
- License Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (field visits required).
- Age 20–35 years preferred
