DESIGNATION: Market Research Analyst-Business Development Manager
WORK LOCATON : Bengaluru
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, target audiences, and competitive analysis to develop effective marketing strategies
Ø Generate leads through various channels such as online marketing, networking, cold calling, and email campaigns.
Ø Identify, approach, and pitch potential clients or customers to convert leads into sales.
Ø Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.
Ø Develop and execute marketing plans to support business development objectives, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns.
Ø Collaborate with the sales team to create materials, presentations, and tools that facilitate the sales process.
Ø Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's network and identify potential business opportunities.
Ø Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing and business development efforts to make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Ø Manage budgets allocated for marketing and business development activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness
Ø Stay updated on the company's products or services and be able to communicate their value effectively to potential clients.
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / COMPENSATION:
Ø Strong skills in Market Analysis and Market Research
Ø Analytical Skills to be able to interpret data and prepare reports
Ø Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
Ø Experience in Research and data analysis
Ø Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
Ø Experience in Energy Management or related industries is a plus
Ø Proficiency in MS Excel
