We're Hiring: HR with a Heart, Brain & Backbone

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

You'll be the pulse of our architectural tribe — keeping the energy balanced, the communication flowing, and the chaos under control (most days ).

Your Playground

  • Run HR & Operations like a pro — GreytHR, Slack, MS Office, coordination, and daily workflows.
  • Implement HR policies, ensure compliance, and refine them as the company grows.
  • Handle end-to-end HR operations — onboarding, attendance, grievances, payroll coordination.
  • Execute organisational processes smoothly — SOPs, documentation, tracking, planning.
  • Handle liaisoning with government departments, coordinate tender requirements, and manage all bidding & documentation end-to-end.
  • Hire the right ones, and gracefully exit the wrong ones.
  • Decode people, uplift morale, and handle pressure like a Zen master in sneakers.
  • Keep communication sharp, fluent, and always human.
  • Adapt to change faster than a building redesign.
  • Build teams that don't just work — they click.
  • Maintain a clean operational ecosystem where tasks, deadlines, and communication flow effortlessly.

Your Toolkit

  • 3–7 years of solid HR experience (bonus if from creative or construction/consultancy setups).
  • Strong command of English — polished, clear, and confident.
  • Proficiency in GreytHR, Slack, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of
    operations management, policy implementation, compliance, and internal audits
    .
  • Good to have-Knowledge of tender processes, government coordination, and official documentation.
  • Unshakable judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to "read the room."
  • A dash of smart manipulation — because let's be honest, every great HR knows when to bend the rules.
