Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Human Resources (HR) & Operation Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws. The role also involves coordinating staffing, enhancing workplace culture, and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) management, including HR Operations and implementing HR Policies.
  • Proven expertise in HR Management and fostering positive Employee Relations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in maintaining compliance with labor regulations and implementing best practices in HR processes and management.
  • Ability to lead teams effectively and improve operational performance to align with company goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Experience in managing operations in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus.
