Role & responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (Major Focus)
- Lead end-to-end hiring for frontline, operations, technical, seasonal, and staff positions.
- Strategically plan manpower requirements with department heads.
- Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer roll-outs.
- Ensure timely manpower fulfillment during peak seasons and project requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring analytics.
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Manage joining formalities, documentation, and HRMS entry.
- Conduct structured induction programs and ensure smooth employee integration.
3. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor attendance, overtime, and leave records; support payroll processing.
4. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure contractor compliance and maintain required HR & labour documentation.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee grievances and support engagement activities.
6. Training Coordination
- Coordinate internal/external training programs, maintain calendars, records, and feedback.
7. HR Operations
- Manage HR documentation, MIS reporting, and support audits.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors/Master's degree in HR or related field.
- 1–4 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality/amusement/service sectors.
- Strong recruitment skills and knowledge of HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and reporting.
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
