Role Description
The Business Development Executive will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities to drive organizational growth. Responsibilities will include generating leads, nurturing client relationships, creating strategies to acquire new business, and managing existing accounts. The position also requires presenting solutions that align with client needs, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to work towards targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and a good understanding of market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in recruitment, education, or HR domains is advantageous
