*Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients (students, working professionals, and corporate partners), understanding their learning needs, and converting leads into successful sales.

*Key Responsibilities


• Connect with prospective learners or clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.


• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable courses or programs accordingly.


• Follow up with inbound leads and ensure a high conversion rate.


• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.


• Maintain a CRM system and update lead information and progress regularly.


• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align messaging and processes.


• Provide accurate information about our courses, certifications, and benefits.


• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

*Requirements* :


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


• Proven experience in sales, business development, or telesales (preferably in EdTech).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.


• Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections professionally.


• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.


• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
