Skyy Rider Electric Private Limited, established in 2020 and headquartered in Bhubaneswar, is Eastern India's only electric vehicle manufacturer and exporter. Along with manufacturing eco-friendly EVs, we also set up Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to upskill students and professionals in emerging technologies.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at Skyy Rider Electric. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and converting opportunities into business while ensuring a professional and customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and prospects, ensuring excellent communication and follow-up.


• Draft and send professional cold emails, proposals, and business communication.


• Convert leads into successful business opportunities through effective persuasion and relationship management.


• Prepare business presentations, reports, and proposals using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets.


• Maintain and update client databases and reporting systems.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.


• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and maintain competitor knowledge.


• Achieve monthly targets for lead conversions and business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Graduate in any discipline. Frehsers and candidates looking to restart their carrier can also apply.


• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and Hindi is a must.


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).


• Excellent email writing skills and experience in cold emailing.


• Good telephone etiquette and confident in client conversations.


• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.


• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a result-oriented mindset.
