Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and creating opportunities for business growth, developing and nurturing client relationships, and executing strategic business development plans. They will also conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong market research and analysis skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Relevant experience in the education industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
