Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and managing existing accounts. Daily tasks include market research, lead generation, cold calling, and participating in sales meetings. The role also involves negotiating contracts, closing deals, and collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Educational Background
- B.Sc.
in Chemistry / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Food Science - B.Tech / B.E.
in Food Technology / Chemical Engineering - B.Pharm
(Bachelor of Pharmacy)
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or related fields
- Proficiency in market research and lead generation
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the dietary or nutritional industry is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
