Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Business Development Executive
to join our team. The role involves building strong relationships with
corporates and colleges
, understanding their training requirements, and driving business opportunities in the
construction training space
.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with
corporates, colleges, and institutions
to pitch Protrainy's training solutions. - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
- Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to company growth.
- Maintain proper documentation of leads, client interactions, and closures in CRM/records.
- Represent Protrainy at client meetings, seminars, and networking events when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
. - 0–2 years of experience in
B2B Sales/Business Development/Client Relations
(Freshers with strong communication skills may apply). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest or background in
construction/engineering/education sector
will be an added advantage.
What We Offer
- Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + attractive incentives
(based on performance). - Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
