Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

·     Identify, research, scouting and generate new business leads in markets.

·     Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through email, calls, meetings.

·     Understand the company's software products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

·     Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute lead generation campaigns.

·     Develop customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.

·     Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).

·     Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences when required.

·     Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client interactions and market demands.

Requirements:

·     Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

·     Mandatory vehicle required for the job.

· years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software or technology sector.

·     Strong understanding of software solutions and the technology industry.

·     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·     Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

·     Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

·     Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

·     Knowledge of international sales processes (preferred but not mandatory).
