Role Description
This is an internship role for an HR & Operations Manager, offered as a hybrid work arrangement with the primary workplace in Bhubaneswar and the possibility of some remote work. The role involves managing HR operations, implementing workplace policies, fostering employee relations, and supporting overall HR management objectives. Daily tasks may include coordinating recruitment processes, contributing to employee development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding.
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations and expertise in HR Policies development and implementation.
- Experience in HR Management and Employee Relations, with the ability to address workforce concerns effectively and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior experience or internships in HR or operations is advantageous.
Someone who can balance empathy with efficiency — and structure with speed.
