What You'll Actually Do (a.k.a. Founder's Office Adventures):Run HR operations like a boss — GreytHR, Slack, MS Office, and the occasional chaos spreadsheet.Hire good humans, onboard them smoothly, and handle exits without melodrama.Keep our labour law, HR policy, and compliance world tight and tidy — no loopholes for troublemakers.Manage performance reviews, conflict mediation, and employee vibes.Be the counsellor, coach, therapist, mood fixer — sometimes all before lunch.- Draft, review, and decode contracts, agreements, leases, and vendor paperwork without crying.- Coordinate with lawyers without fearing them.- Handle statutory compliance, notices, and legal responses like a calm, caffeinated professional.- Manage licenses, certifications, trademarks, copyrights, filings — basically "adulting" for the company.- Support tender documentation, government liaisoning, and official submissions without losing your soul.- Ensure data privacy and IP compliance — because someone has to keep us out of trouble. Your Toolkit3–7 years of solid HR + legal experience.Strong English — crisp writing, confident speaking, zero nonsense.Hands-on with MS Office, GreytHR, Slack.Knows labour law, contract law, compliance, and how organisations actuallywork.- Can "read the room" better than Google Maps reads traffic.- A sprinkle of smart manipulation — for the greater organisational good.
