Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Co-founder specializing in Climate Tech and Sustainability. The Co-founder will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic vision, identifying and leveraging opportunities in climate technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading initiatives that promote sustainable innovation. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, driving sales and marketing efforts, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission and goals.

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market needs and identify new opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills to articulate ideas, collaborate with stakeholders, and foster partnerships
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive growth and promote sustainability solutions
  • Passion for climate tech and sustainability, with a forward-thinking approach to innovation
  • Proven leadership abilities and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience or background in technology, environmental science, or a related field is a plus
