Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture. The ideal candidate will bring strategic HR expertise and experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in start-ups or career-focused industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking).
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future growth.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Manage HR operations including employee engagement, onboarding, payroll coordination, and policy compliance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture; drive initiatives for motivation and retention.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding processes.
  • Support leadership in manpower planning, organizational development, and team-building initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
:

  • MBA in HR is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, HR policies, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Start-up experience or exposure to career-focused industries is a plus
