Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Human Resources Executive will handle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining HR records. Responsibilities also include managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies to promote a positive and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Experience with HR Operations and HR Policies
  • Strong knowledge in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive work culture
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools; experience with HR analytics is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks efficiently
