Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Operations Specialist located in Bhubaneswar. The role involves managing daily HR operational tasks, implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting HR management strategies. The candidate will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with applicable HR regulations and policies, while contributing to a positive and organized workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • HR Operations and Human Resources management expertise
  • Knowledge and experience with Employee Relations and fostering a positive work culture
  • Skills in HR Policies development and implementation
  • HR Management experience, including managing and streamlining HR processes
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of labor law and compliance standards is a plus
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Relevant degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
