Position: HR Manager

Location:
Bhubaneswar

Experience:
Minimum 5 years (FMCG, Manufacturing, Energy, or Service Industry preferred)

Education:
MBA in Human Resources

Position: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, finance, and admin teams.
  • Implement campus hiring and local recruitment drives.
  • Design onboarding and induction programmes aligned with company culture.

2. Performance Management & Appraisal

  • Develop and execute KRA/KPI-based performance evaluation system.
  • Coordinate quarterly reviews and link performance to incentives.

3. Training & Development

  • Create structured training calendars for sales, operations, and support staff.
  • Conduct leadership, communication, and compliance workshops.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain employee database and HR MIS reports.

5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Plan employee-engagement events, recognitions, and reward programmes.
  • Promote a collaborative and performance-driven culture.

6. Strategic HR Partnering

  • Support leadership in organization design, policy development, and manpower planning.
  • Align HR strategy with business growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • MBA in HR from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations and strategic HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and modern HR tech tools.
  • Excellent communication, people management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace / HRIS software.
