We are rapidly scaling our core engineering and corporate teams and are seeking a dynamic HR professional to manage our full spectrum of human resources operations from our Bhubaneswar headquarters.

The Role

We are looking for a self-driven, resourceful, and highly organized HR Generalist to serve as the primary point of contact for all HR matters in our Bhubaneswar office. This role is crucial for establishing and maintaining strong HR

processes, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring we hire the best technical talent in the region.

This is a mandatory on-site role in Bhubaneswar.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Technical & Corporate)

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for key technical roles (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, AI/ML Developers) and essential corporate positions (Finance, Admin, Operations).

Develop robust sourcing strategies using local networks, job portals, social media, and university partnerships across Odisha.

Conduct initial screenings, coordinate technical interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience for all applicants.

Manage offer negotiation, compensation benchmarking, and pre-joining formalities.

  1. HR Administration & Compliance

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, documentation, and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Manage the complete employee life cycle, from onboarding and induction for new hires to exit interviews and final settlements.

Ensure the company adheres to all statutory compliance requirements and labor laws applicable in Odisha.

Oversee attendance management, leave tracking, and coordinate with the Finance team for monthly payroll inputs.

  1. Employee Engagement & Culture

Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution, maintaining confidentiality and fairness.

Implement employee engagement initiatives, internal communication programs, and team-building activities to nurture Meemansa Tech's energetic startup culture.

Support the implementation of the performance management system, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback loops.

  1. Learning & Development

Identify training needs within various departments and coordinate internal or external training sessions.

Assist in creating career development plans for employees to support continuous growth in their technical and professional skills.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 0-4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or as an HR Generalist. We welcome applications from highly motivated fresh graduates (0 years experience) with relevant degrees, as well as experienced

professionals ideally within a Technology, IT Services, or Consulting company.

Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field is strongly preferred.

Location Expertise: Strong knowledge of the local Bhubaneswar talent market and relevant statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).

Technical Familiarity: A solid understanding of technical job roles (e.g., Python, Cloud platforms) and the ability to articulate these requirements to candidates.

Communication: Excellent communication (Odia, Hindi, and English), interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Process Driven: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
