Role & responsibilities

Role Overview

As a Marketing Intern, you will support the marketing team across content, social media, campaigns, and research for India, GCC and Europe. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to B2B / HR-Tech marketing in a startup environment and is comfortable using AI tools to speed up content, design, and research work.

High-performing interns will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at the end of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing social media and content calendars for Saanvi Nexus across India, GCC and Europe.

  • Use AI tools (for content, design, and research) to:

  • Draft LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, basic blogs and landing page copy

  • Generate content ideas, outlines, and first drafts

  • Support quick design mockups/visual concepts where needed

  • Coordinate with design resources for banners, creatives, and visual assets.

  • Conduct market and competitor research in HR-Tech and recruitment across India, GCC and Europe.
  • Support lead generation campaigns list building, basic outreach support, follow-up coordination.
  • Track and report basic metrics (post performance, engagement, leads, etc.) with guidance from the marketing lead.
  • Contribute ideas for improving brand awareness, digital presence, and campaigns in global markets.
  • Maintain trackers for campaigns, content, leads, and marketing assets.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Skills (Good to Have, Not Mandatory)

  • Basic understanding of social media marketing and content formats for LinkedIn.
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus:
  • Canva / Figma (or AI-based design tools)
  • Email marketing tools / CRM
  • Basic SEO concepts
  • Proactive, creative mindset with attention to detail and data.
