Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Vadodara/Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, managing customer accounts, conducting market research, and contributing to the company's sales and marketing strategy. Day-to-day tasks also include meeting sales targets, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills
- Ability to conduct Market Research and Analysis
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Account Management skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
- Experience in the cable accessories industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 8+ years of experience required in similar role
