
Business Development Manager

Requirements:
- 3–10 years of business development experience in domestic staffing (IT & Non-IT).
- Strong client network across industries in India.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in staffing/recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and grow business in the Indian staffing/recruitment space.
- Build relationships with HR/Procurement leaders and hiring managers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle – lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams for timely delivery of client requirements.
- Achieve revenue, margin, and client acquisition targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
