Requirements:

  • 3–10 years of business development experience in domestic staffing (IT & Non-IT).
  • Strong client network across industries in India.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in staffing/recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients and grow business in the Indian staffing/recruitment space.
  • Build relationships with HR/Procurement leaders and hiring managers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams for timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Achieve revenue, margin, and client acquisition targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
