We are hiring for Sr. Business Development Manager (6 to 10 Years)

Location: Vadodara (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in online bidding portals (Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer, etc.) to drive growth and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven business development experience, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate business through online bidding portals (Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, etc.).

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities globally.

Prepare effective client proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.

Collaborate with internal teams (technical, design, project management) to deliver client-centric solutions.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies for growth.

Mentor and guide junior business development executives.

Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements:

6 to 10 years of proven experience in Business Development within the IT/Software industry.

Strong track record of winning projects on Upwork, PPH, and similar platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to handle international clients (US, UK, AUS, etc.).

Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management and target achievement.

Flexible to work in night shift (US/UK time zones).
