Were looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Business Development Executive to manage and convert inbound leads into long-term revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will not only have a strong grasp of IT and digital transformation services but will also demonstrate hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms to drive smarter, faster, and more personalized sales processes.

Key Responsibilities -

Lead Conversion & Opportunity Management

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads using a combination of manual evaluation and AI-enhanced lead scoring or enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clay, Apollo).
  • Tailor proposals and presentations using AI-powered content generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to align with specific client needs.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from discovery calls to negotiation and closure.

Customer Engagement & Consultation

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized, data-driven engagement strategies.
  • Consult with clients on how OrangeMantras services—including AI, automation, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions—can solve real-world business challenges.
  • Utilize AI-driven insights to understand buyer intent, behavior, and potential upsell opportunities.

Sales Strategy, Automation & Reporting

  • Use AI-based analytics and CRM dashboards (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Einstein, Zoho CRM AI) to monitor lead behavior, sales performance, and deal progress.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and pipeline reports with data-driven recommendations.
  • Implement and refine sales automation workflows, ensuring consistency, speed, and personalization at scale.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing to align campaigns with sales messaging, incorporating AI-generated content for email, LinkedIn outreach, and nurturing sequences.
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales teams to scope and shape client solutions, especially where AI and automation are core to the delivery model.
  • Participate in strategy sessions, sharing insights from client conversations and AI-generated market data.

Skills & Competencies -

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions.
  • Deep understanding of digital services, including e-commerce, cloud services, AI/ML, mobile/web development, and enterprise applications.
  • Experience using CRM and AI-powered sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ChatGPT, Lavender, Seamless.AI).
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, automated workflows, and data enrichment technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines in a high-velocity environment.

Preferred Qualifications -

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in inbound B2B sales, preferably within IT or digital transformation services.
  • Proven success in leveraging AI tools to optimize sales processes, improve outreach personalization, and increase close rates.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and contributing to strategic business growth.
