Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager for a real estate company. This role is crucial for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, property owners, builders, and investors.
  • Understanding client requirements and providing suitable property solutions.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals, negotiations, and contracts to clients.
  • Coordinating with marketing teams to execute campaigns for lead generation.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in a CRM system.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
