The Opportunity
We are seeking a
Senior Business Development Representative (Sr. BDR)
to join the Project Atlas team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development, executive engagement, and strategic partnerships.
The Sr. BDR will play a pivotal role in expanding our executive network, engaging industry leaders, and driving participation in Project Atlas programs (executive briefings, research collaborations, and community initiatives). This is not traditional "outbound sales"—it's about building trust-based relationships with senior executives and positioning Project Atlas as the go-to knowledge ecosystem for AI in communications and media.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Outreach & Engagement
– Identify, qualify, and engage senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, CMOs, Chief Data Officers, etc.) across telecommunications and media. - Pipeline Development
– Build and manage a pipeline of executive leads for webinars, research collaborations, and invitation-only briefings. - Strategic Conversations
– Lead intelligent, value-driven conversations that position Project Atlas as a trusted knowledge and collaboration partner. - Partnership Growth
– Collaborate with Synapt AI and GoZupees AI teams to align outreach with ongoing programs, research agendas, and partner opportunities. - Event & Research Support
– Drive participation in Atlas webinars, contribute to executive briefing coordination, and support dissemination of research insights. - CRM & Reporting
– Maintain clean, structured records of outreach, engagement, and outcomes to provide transparency on pipeline progress.
What We're Looking For
- Experience
: 4–7 years in business development, partnerships, or consultative sales (telecommunications, media, or enterprise AI sectors strongly preferred). - Executive Presence
: Comfortable engaging with senior leaders in enterprise organizations—credible, articulate, and strategic in approach. - Knowledge-Driven
: Ability to quickly grasp complex AI and telecom/media concepts and translate them into compelling value for executives. - Process-Oriented
: Skilled in pipeline management, CRM discipline, and structured outreach campaigns. - Collaborative
: Works seamlessly across cross-functional teams (marketing, research, product, partnerships). - Mindset
: Strategic, resourceful, and motivated by building something that shapes an industry.
