Job Description: Growth Product Manager (1-2 Years PM Experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Product Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a management degree, and a keen business acumen. You will be responsible for driving product growth initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and execute growth opportunities across the product lifecycle, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.

Analyze product performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and use data to inform decision-making and strategy.

Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to develop and launch growth experiments and new features.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis reports for critical issues, such as checkout funnels and targeting, to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions1.

Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements and roadmaps. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Educational Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in product management, growth, or a related field.

Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade offs, and evaluate new ideas.

BTech/ Management degree (MBA or equivalent) from a recognized institution.

Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, VWO), A/B testing, and datadriven product development.

Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in identifying and addressing root causes of product issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
