Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager based in Gurgaon. The Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle from conception through launch. Responsibilities include market research, identifying customer needs, developing product strategy, and working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams. The Product Manager will also analyze product performance metrics and iterate on product features for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Management, Product Development, and Product Lifecycle Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Customer Needs Assessment, and Competitive Analysis
- Excellent Project Management and Cross-functional Team Collaboration skills
- Ability to define Product Strategy and Roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on Product Performance Metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the investment or financial technology industry is preferable
