The Product Manager is responsible for Zigram's product planning and execution all through the lifecycle of the business. This is inclusive of gathering and prioritizing requirements for the product, defining the vision for the product, and collaborating with other stakeholders in order to ensure that the financial goals of the product are met.

Responsibilities

  • A highly focused individual with a self-driven attitude
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills for effective communication
  • Exposure to both RegTech and FinTech domains, with relevant project experience
  • Background in product-based companies, contributing to core product development
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams while demonstrating a high level of commitment and coordination
  • Take ownership of product planning, backlog grooming, sprint coordination, and roadmap execution
  • Manage a stream-level product track while guiding assistant managers and associates
  • Manage User Research, User Flows, wireframes, usability testing, and user testing
  • Monitor product performance metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Support product demo and product sale events and requirements
  • Ability to analyze industry trends and competitor behavior
  • Exceptional ability to identify improved product features and contribute to marketing strategies
  • Contribute to internal product knowledge, documentation, and training initiatives
  • Ability to keep sensitive business information confidential

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in product design, development, and research
  • Strong academic record with 85% aggregate throughout academics
  • Engineering degree or relevant technical background; master's preferred
  • Experience owning or co-owning a product or product stream in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Prior exposure to complex, data-heavy products (FinTech, RegTech, RiskTech preferred)
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, , or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of user journeys, wireframing, product testing, and delivery tracking
  • Familiarity with RegTech, KYC/AML, Financial Crimes Compliance workflows
  • Experience working on products with AI/ML, scoring models, or analytics capabilities
  • Assist in preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
  • Understanding of software development, preferably cloud and SaaS applications
  • Experience in multiple technologies and product management and Product Management Tools such as Jira, Figma, , etc.
  • Training internal departments, conducting demos on new product features, and providing support to clients
