Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager located in Gurugram. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the product life cycle from planning to execution. Duties include developing product strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales), conducting market research, identifying customer needs, and ensuring product alignment with business goals. The Product Manager will also manage product releases, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to drive product success.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Product Management, Product Lifecycle, and Product Strategy
  • Experience in conducting market research and analysis
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and metrics.
  • Knowledge and experience in building or managing Supply Chain Management (SCM) products, including understanding of inventory, logistics, procurement, and supplier management workflows.
  • Conduct competition research and market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Drive product improvements by gathering customer feedback and analyzing performance.
  • Research and document new functionalities and enhancements to ensure scalability and user adoption.
  • Create and maintain detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and workflows.
