Job Title: Business Development Associate B2B Sales (Corporate Clients)
About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Associate to drive B2B sales growth by acquiring, managing, and nurturing corporate clients. The ideal candidate is energetic, target-driven, and comfortable engaging with decision-makers (CXOs, Procurement Heads, Operations Leaders) to build long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential corporate customers through networking, databases, and market intelligence.
Qualify leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and meetings to generate interest.
- Deliver presentations, demos, and proposals to corporate decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close B2B deals, ensuring win-win outcomes.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
Sales Execution & Targets
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Work closely with the senior sales/BD team to convert enterprise opportunities.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Provide feedback to the management team for product/service improvements.
Collaboration
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of B2B sales / business development experience (internship or full-time).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with senior corporate stakeholders.
- Strong research skills and a proactive approach to lead generation.
- Target-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in enterprise sales / corporate accounts.
- Exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, ERPNext CRM).
- Knowledge of industry-specific sales cycles (manufacturing, IT, logistics, finance, etc.).
