Company Description

Square Yards is a full-stack proptech platform managing the entire consumer journey from search and discovery to transactions, mortgages, home furnishing, rentals, and property management. Square Yards completes over 15,000 transactions annually worth more than $1 billion and operates profitably. The company has successfully expanded globally, with revenue contributions from the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Using data analytics and VR tools, Square Yards aims to disrupt traditional marketplaces and build the first Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in India while also growing adjacent B2C platforms like Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive located on-site in Delhi, India. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role involves building relationships with key stakeholders, strategizing business plans, and driving business growth.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Business acumen and Account Management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record in business development or sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the proptech or real estate industry is a plus
