Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Business Development Associate at Bayslope Business Solutions. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, market research, and effective communication. The role is based in Gurugram with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Presentation Skills and Communication
  • Must have US sales experience
  • Lead Generation and Market Research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Create and execute effective sales strategies to close deals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

    Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Goal-oriented:
    A strong focus on results, with the ability to work under pressure and stay motivated to meet goals.

    Must possess a driven mindset to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
