About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic professionals to join Scalar Academy as Business Development Associates. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and career growth in the fast-paced EdTech industry. You will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting learners in their upskilling journey.

Key Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience / Freshers welcome.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Education Qualification :

  • UG: B.Tech / B.Com / BBA
  • PG: M.Tech / MBA (Marketing & Sales)

Key Skill Required:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and lead management.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic data handling.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
