We're Hiring: Business Development Officer (B2B) – Gurgaon

A rapidly growing healthcare technology organisation is expanding its B2B operations across India and is seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to join its Gurgaon office. The role focuses on driving institutional partnerships for advanced prosthetic and rehabilitation solutions using digital and AI-driven workflows.

What You'll Do


• Drive B2B sales growth and onboard hospitals, clinics, NGOs, CSR groups, distributors, and rehabilitation centres.


• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets under the organisation's licensing or service model.


• Manage lead generation, field visits, presentations, and contract closures.


• Build strong institutional relationships and support project execution with internal teams.


• Conduct training sessions on digital prosthetic workflows (3D scanning, modelling, fittings).


• Represent the organisation at conferences, exhibitions, and key stakeholder events.


• Track market trends, competitor insights, and revenue forecasts to support strategic planning.

What We're Looking For


• Degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics / Biomedical Engineering / Healthcare / Business.


• MBA preferred.


• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or institutional business development experience (healthcare preferred).


• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.


• Experience with CSR partnerships or GeM tenders is an advantage.
