Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Gurugram for a Sales & Business Development Manager. The role includes generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and increasing revenue growth. The Sales & Business Development Manager will develop strategic plans to meet sales targets, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for business expansion. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive client success and ensure effective communication will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Negotiation and Relationship Management
- Proven ability in Client Handling and Customer Retention
- Experience in Leadership and Team Management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is preferred
