Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Business Development Manager (Technical Solutions). The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing account portfolios, driving business development and sales activities, and negotiating contracts. Additional responsibilities include overseeing project management, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategic plans to meet client needs and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Account Management and Business Development
- Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation
- Strong Project Management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the HR outsourcing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
